Vargas Bikinis - Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to give refunds.  Exchanges will only be accepted within 15 days of receiving the product, and ONLY if the product is defective as a result of manufacturing, or if alterations need to be done.

You must contact us PRIOR to shipping anything back. You are responsible for all shipping costs on returning items.  The method of shipping is up to you, however, we recommend utilizing insurance and a tracking number, as we are NOT responsible for items prior to receiving them.

You must include a copy of the original invoice with your return so we can verify your order and shipping information. Once we receive the product, we will examine it to make sure it has not been worn or laundered and to verifty that it is being returned to us in the same condition in which it was originally shipped.

Items that are deemed to be defective will be replaced for the exact item as originally purchased.  No substitutions are allowed unless the original material is out of stock.  We reserve the right to substitute as necessary, but will notifiy you before any such substitution occurs.
