All orders are processed, verified and shipped within 5 business days of the date of purchase or sooner.
Orders placed after 4PM Pacific Standard Time are processed the next busniess day. Custom orders are shipped after production.
The time it takes to receive items may vary, based on selected options and fabric availability. We ship everything via USPS flat rate, which should take approximately 3-5 business days from the date we ship the product.
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail or incorrectly supplied addresses. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.
